Update 1:55 EST- Rackspace email is back up and running.

Our email hosting provider is experiencing some service interruptions today. What this means is that any VR clients who use our email hosting (Rackspace) might be experiencing issues sending email. Rackspace is aware of the issue and is working on it. There is currently not a posted ETA on when the service will be fully back up, but Rackspace is working to correct the issue as soon as possible.
